1960 May	We established as “Maruzen Machine Shop” in Sumida-ku, Tokyo.
1961 Jan	Maruzen Machine Shop concluded the sole agency contract of milling machine with Iwashita Industrial Co., Ltd.
1962 Mar	Maruzen Machine Shop concluded the sole agency contract of radial drilling machine with Toa Industry Co., Ltd.
1964 May	The office was expanded.
1965 Jan	Maruzen Machine Shop concluded the sole agency contract of turret lathe machine with Tsukasa Kosaku.
1967 Oct	Maruzen Machine Shop acquired a sanitarium in Agatsumagun, Gunma.
1968 May	Maruzen Machine Shop acquired a warehouse site in Hatogaya, Saitama.
1968 Dec	Maruzen Machine Shop changed an organization of it for capital 15 million yen and named “Maruzen Machine Co., Ltd.”.
1970 Feb	Maruzen Machine Co., Ltd. increased the capital to 25 million yen and acquired head office construction site at the same time. Maruzen Machine Co., Ltd. became a member of Japan Machine Tool Distributors Association (JMTDA), Tokyo Machine Tool Distributors.
1970 Sep	Maruzen Machine Co., Ltd. acquired a stock center site in Fujiokacho, Tochigi.
1971 May	Maruzen Machine Co., Ltd. built a head office building and the company dormitory in the foundation tenth anniversary.
1974 Jul	Maruzen Machine Co., Ltd. increased the capital to 45 million yen.
1980 Oct	Maruzen Machine Co., Ltd. established a warehouse in Hatogaya-shi, Saitama in the foundation 20th anniversary. The 20th anniversary memorial “best machine show” was held.
1991 Jan	The Maruzen parking was built next to the head office.
1991 May	The Saitama machine center office was built.
1996 Jul	Maruzen Machine Co., Ltd. acquired export permission application for Thailand.
1996 Nov	The overseas training (Thailand, Vietnam). MARUMEC Co., Ltd. was established.
1997 Oct	North Kanto machine center was opened.
1998 Nov	Takeda Semitsu Auction was held.
2001 Oct	Ikegai Auction was held.
2002 May	Makino Seiki, Kikukawa Factory Auction was held.
2003 Apr	Sano Container center was established.
2004 May	Maruzen Machine Co., Ltd. joined Kawaguchi machinemate.
2005 Jun	Taiyo Kogyo Corporation Yamagata Factory Auction was held.
2006 Apr	Tokyo Machine Tech was established. An opening memorial auction was held.
2008 Apr	No.2 Tokyo Machine Tech was established. An opening memorial auction was held.
2011 Aug	The overseas training (Singapore).
2011 Dec	No.4 Tokyo Machine Tech was established. An opening memorial auction was held.
2013 Oct	Tokyo Machine Tech Asia was established. An opening memorial auction was held.
2022 Jul	NEXT Tokyo Machine Tech opens. A bidding session is held to commemorate the opening.
2024 Aug	OM delivers a large vertical lathe TMD-40/45M to SpaceX, a company led by Elon Musk.
